Kita saw the Sandshrew and smiled. "C'mon Medium, use Confusion!" "Ra Raaaaaaaaalts!" Medium sent out one of her beams of psychic-ness at the angry Pokemon

The Sandshrew is badly affected by the Confusion, and falls on his back, hurt.
Sandshrew eventually gets up, and launches a Scratch attack on Ralts.

Medium was sent a few inches back from the attack. "Now use Growl, we don't want it to hurt you too much. Now, Confusion!" Medium nodded and slowly shuffled towards the Pokemon

Aftering getting hit by the Confusion, Sandshrew faints, falling flat on its back.
Ralts gains two levels.
Throw a pokeball if you wish to capture.
