Sanrin city, the city between the mountains. The gym leader here trains rock-type pokemon. There are also various activities to help ease the exhaustion from climbing here.

Ah, the valley. Home to a variety of pokemon, this is an excellent spot to not only do some serious training, but to also do some sight-seeing. Just don't get lost...

The city of water, you can guess what the gym here consists of.

A vast expansion of neverending grasslands, the plains house many normal and dark type pokemon. It's vertigo baby.

Sub-board: Safari Zone!

Dark, dank and terrible, this cave is a real test of strength. Let's hope you have a fire type so you can see where you're going...

A small town at the end of the cave, firebreathers reside here. It's also the home of the annual pokemon circus.

On the edge of Naien is a vast lake, which needs a boat to cross. There are many restless trainers on the boat just itching for a battle...

The weather here is particularly bad. Lightning is liable to strike at any moment...

The city of electricity, these people know how to live. They are ahead of the curve with their uber technology, so relax. You're in good hands.

You're so close to the pokemon league, you can almost taste it... Just one more badge... High leveled pokemon live in the grass here, so be ready.

The final stop before the pokemon league. The gym leader here is brutal, so train well.

A much larger island than it's neighbor, Lesca island, Itae is home to the pokemon zoo.

Run buy a suspicious old woman and her husband, you can adopt many different kinds of pokemon here. I wouldn't trust these two, though...
