Myu-to and Terra were walking along the road that exited the harbor on their way to the next town. "Alright Myu, lets see if we can get to the next town. oh! and I should catch some pokemon too huh?" she looked down and myu-to nodded. " its getting dark... I need to find somewhere to sleep." Terra had been afraid of dark woods ever since she was 5, and even now she found it hard to put her fears aside. as she walked there was a sigh on the road pointing in the direction she was going and one pointing to the direction she had come from. one read: "Route 1" where as the other read: "Souja Harbor City"
"good, we are heading in the right direction!"
Terra continued down route one. Ahead the forest seemed to be getting thicker every second. a sign that appeared to have been there for a very long time read, "Tangle Forest."
" great..." she instinctively put her hand to her scar.
Turning to Myu, she said, "hey, lets stop for now, its getting kind of dark...and its not good to travel by dark." She said this with a strong voice but myu could see the pleading in her eyes. he looked down the road and knew that he could have guided her, but also understood that something was up. so he looked up and smiled, nodding. Terra sighed in relief and started to unpack her tent.
The tent was a actually just a cloth with holes at strategic points, and with a few sticks it looked like a tee-pee. "you'd better stay in your pokeball tonight." she said and returned Myu to his pokeball. "sorry.." she whispered. it was fairly dark out now, and the trees had prevented the moonlight from reaching her. with one more look outside she closed the sheet and laid down to sleep.

The next morning, Terra woke up to myu-to poking her in the stomach. its glittering crystal eyes scared her for a second, then she was confused, "How did you get out?" he pointed at her stomach and saw that her body had rolled onto the pokeball and released myu. Terra kinda half-laughed and stretched in her makeshift tent. "Well I guess we should eat huh?" So she dug in her pack and fished out some morning bars that looked a lot like pop-tarts. when she handed it to myu-to he turned it down and pointed to the ground. it took her another 2 tries to figure out that he was looking for something else...something on the ground?
Then she got a bright idea, her pokedex! she had kept the one she had gotten on her first pokemon adventure, and had updated it when she got to this region. she pointed it at myu and it came up with this: "Sableye, the Darkness pokemon
(yada yada)
A Sableye's natural habitat is in deep underground caves, where it leads a quiet and blameless life. It is a lithovore, meaning that its diet consists of rocks and minerals, which it uncovers from the ground using its sharp claws. When its body becomes saturated with substances derived from the rocks it eats, those substances crystallize and rise to the surface of its body, giving it a gem-studded appearance.
Despite its hermetic lifestyle, Sableye is a cause of fear for many thanks to its eyes, which glitter eerily in the darkness of the caves it inhabits. In the Pokémon world, it is thought that a Sableye can steal a person's spirit when its eyes shine that way."
"Ahh! I see, you want rocks!" Myu nodded vigorously. "well, we need to find you some stones, try digging under the tent, see if you can find anything." Myu started to dig, and Terra was surprised at how agile he was with the dirt, and how easily he seemed to move the earth.
after about a minute of watching the hole and nothing happening, Terra decided to head out and great the day.
outside the forest, there was a gentle breeze, and because the trees defused the light (not blocked it out, as it will be inside the forest) the sun was not hot either, "what a perfect day!"
wanting to explore around she began walking away from the tent, making sure to always have it in sight, just in case myu came.

((I like Terra, she seems like a cool person o.o))
A small distance away from the tent, you hear a sound. It seems to be a slight rustling in the grass, not sounding very threatening, but it could be. What do you do?

Terra's ears perked up as she heard the rustling, immediately she stopped moving. she looked over at the area where the sound was coming and quietly moved towards her tent.

A caterpie wiggles out of the tall patch of grass, and looks over at the girl, noticing the tent not too far away. It was a curious bug, seeming like it paid much attention to its surroundings, reguardless of being so young. "Err?" It sounded, beginning to make its way over to the tent.
Humans seemed to be new to it, as well as other pokemon. Maybe it had just been born not too long ago, now entering the world as this, almost-helpless, bug pokemon. It hadn't seen much more than grass. But, this girl, seemed quite interested to the bug. It felt a drive to keep going, not knowing of any danger that might be awaiting it.
Almost there, Caterpie felt a light stinging in its body. It wasn't used to moving so far at this young of an age. It was only used to short distances, and this had been much more than a day's work for it. Exhausted, the caterpie kept going. It seemed so slow, like it was getting nowhere quickly. "Cater." It said everytime it now took a step with its suction-cup-like feet.
The closer Caterpie got, the taller the tent seemed, due to the bug-pokemon's tiny size. It finally made it to the front of the tent, but sadly collapses there, unable to go any further. It was only curious, and it's definitely to see that this pokemon meant no threat to Terra. What action will be taken now?

all the tension in Terra's body released, "whew, it was only a caterpie!" she scooped it up in her arms and gave it some food that she had found while walking around, " my, you look young! you must have just broken out of your egg! that's interesting, cause I have an egg of my own!" She grimaced at this, because she realized that she had JUST remembered about the egg she had gotten from the lab in town. she guessed it might have been the excitement of starting a new adventure, or something along those lines. in any case, she took the caterpie into her tent and pulled out the egg. the egg looked kind of dark, from what one would normally think of from an egg. it only had one symbol on it and it looked very much like a yin-yang. "this will hatch into an absol someday." and she sighed, she had always wanted an absol as a friend ever since one saved her from disaster when she was 12. coming back to her senses, she motioned to the hole in the ground, "oh, and that hole over there is where my other friend, myu-to, is. he is getting his food right now! he eats rocks, isn't that funny?"

Outside of the tent, a dense wind begins to blow. All of a sudden, an odd weather change came into affect. What was the source of this? You probably couldn't find out nearby, but it didn't seem normal. Perhaps a pokemon did it, far, far away. From this event however, the wind began to beat against the side of the tent. It seemed quite violent, yet, at the same time, the tent seemed like it could hold.
As for the pokemon living in the forest, they began to seek refuge. If you looked outside of the tent, you could see many different types, mainly bug and flying types, trying to find a place to stay. Some of them eye the tent, and begin making their way to it. In this case, they didn't seem like a threat, well, unless too many of them piled in with you. They weren't looking for a battle, just for a place to stay, but, if they had to fight for it...
What do you do?

((occ: bahaha, whenever I see that "what do you do?" thing I Think of that guy from mad TV, "What will you do.. what WILL you do?" XD)) Terra felt the wind coming through the tent, seeing the wood she had used to make it moving a bit . "well looks like a storm is coming in..." she was trying to contain her excitement, for even tho her name had roots in meaning " Earth" she loved the wind. after making sure the caterpie was safe, she went outside and saw all the pokemon coming towards her. a split-second of panic tore through her and the adreniline was shot. but it resided quickly as she realized they were not in any hurry to harm her.
"heh, they are just looking for somewhere to get out of the wind, strange though, seems like they are trying to get away from something..." she turned to the wind and let her hair flow wildly behind her, she was truly happy for this.
after a few pokmon had gone into the tent, she followed them in and saw that myu had come up, with a nice looking gem in its mouth. its crystal eyes glimmered and it looked frightened, and who wouldn't be? after digging for so long and coming up to a mass of bug pokemon. Terra moved her way over to the scared pokemon and patted him then held him in her arms, "its alright, there is a wind outside that is scaring them in here. they wont hurt us!" myu seemed reassured and she could feel him relaxing and starting to munch on the gem in his mouth.
Terra saw that it was starting to get kind of full in the tent, and for all she knew it would to hold out for much longer anyway. she looked around and said to the group, "We can't have anymore in here, its too full now."

Outside, a tornado could be seen, finally. It was quite scary. The sky darkened, and lightning began to strike in various places. The twister sounded violent, and it took a few trees with it, but luckily it didn't get close enough to the tent to take it up as well as any pokemon in it. However, a few unfortunate pokemon outside were caught up in this disaster, and were thrown around.
Minutes later, the weather had died down a lot, and the tornado disappeared. It seemed so weird, how the weather was so violent, and unnatural, and then it came to a stop. It was completely calm. A rainbow was even outside, though, it didn't even rain. What was up with the weather?
Now that everything had calmed down, many of the pokemon thanked the girl, and left whenever they felt safe. However, there was one pokemon on the opposite side of the tent. It had its face dug into the ground, and it was shivering. You notice that it's a Nidoran (F), and it must've just come out of an egg not too long ago as well. It was the only pokemon left, and apparently abandoned by its mother, it had no place to go.

Terra was very confused at the weather. "Well that was strange." She bent down and picked up the nidoran(f) and sat down next to her pack, where the caterpie was still sitting. "Well, Myu, looks like we have two newborns here." she looked at the egg, "and another one coming soon!" Myu-to's crystal eyes looked over the two newcomers and it glistened in the new sunlight that had come out behind the clouds. "what am I going to do with you two?"

Confused and curious, both hatchlings tilted their heads in question. They couldn't understand human tongue, so what were they to do? Amazingly, neither of the pokemon seemed scared of the new trainer. Seeing the sunlight rid the sky of its ugliness seemed to make them happy, but, since both had been abandoned, and were too young to understand that. They didn't know a thing to do.
Nidoran stuck her nose up in the air, and did a quick, sniffing action, to get more aquainted with her surroundings. Her eyes then shifted over to the egg. This was interesting to her, so she couldn't resist getting a closer look. She inched over to it playfully, and touched it very gently with her paws. It seemed to be warm, and quite sturdy. Caterpie was intrigued by the object as well, and quickly, well, somewhat quickly made his way over to it as well. Light and harmless, the bug pokemon climbed upon the egg. It wasn't going to crack easily, so there wasn't too much to worry about.
Indeed the two pokemon came from eggs, but they can barely remember the odd weather occurance. The duo seemed perfect for one another, both abandoned by their parents, and they didn't even understand since they are so young. A sad thing, but they seemed to be happy when they were by eachother's side. They didn't seem to talk or anything, but then again, they didn't need to talk. It was clear to see that the two enjoyed eachother's company, as well as a trainer's company. Though, they still weren't even captured, and are still considered wild. Tame as can be, however, the couple don't seem to have running away even a small thought upon what minds they have right now.
Caterpie glanced outside of the tent, and up at the beautiful sky. He could feel a gentle, cool breeze blowing lightly into the tent, but this time it was a calm, safe one. He saw several bird pokemon flying around in the sky, so he began to daydream of flying... After a long duration of dazing, Nidoran started jumping up and down infront of the bug, trying to get him to snap out of it. It was a high jump for the pokemon, though, but she knew that if she were to get on the egg, it would probably break, and that would not be a good idea.
Caterpie shook his head, his daydreaming had finally subsided. He looked down at the jumping Nidoran, and giggled a little. Shooting a string shot at his buddy would be a funny thing to do, so he just had to do it. He did indeed do it, and left a patch of web upon her nose. Angry, but yet in a playful mood, Nidoran tried to get it off with her paws, and couldn't. She rolled around on her back wildly, and quickly. Her agility was quite amazing. Figuring out that she couldn't get it off this easily, she ran over to Terra and found the perfect way to get it off. She simply wiped it on her clothing.
The Nidoran's eyes met the trainer quickly. She smiled, as if she did nothing wrong. And, as a newborn, she had a very short attention span, so she quickly turned around, lunging at the Caterpie, and knocked him off of the egg. The egg didn't move, however, so it was safe. It was weird how precise the Nidoran was on making her moves, and odd how a bug pokemon, and a poison pokemon got along so well, having just met eachother and all. The two seemed like the happiest couple in the world. Nothing was going to stop them from seeing eachother now. They were friends forever, and it wasn't difficult to see that.

"aww, that's sweet." she watched the two becoming life friends. she began to get a little worried when the pokemon started to play with the egg, but saw that they meant no harm. "so you guys were separated from your parents huh?" they did not seem to noticed her talking as they continued to play. "but man that was some storm, eh myu?" Myu-To nodded as it munched on its newly dug gems. in front of her the nideran looked at her. she watched back, then she looked away.
as they played and rolled around Terra felt a cute attack coming on. she was on the verge of a squeal but was able to fight it down. "so you two," she said towards the playing duo, "hows about you guys come along with me?" she liked them very much and knew that they had no where to go, but man she thought, I feel like I am going to be caring for a lot of baby pokemon, I have this absol and then the caterpie and the nideran here. oh well.
she got all of her things ready and turned to the playing pokemon once more, "well?" and smiled.

Caterpie and Nidoran both tilted their heads in question, as to what the human meant, but the wanted to go along with her, the real question was did she want them? Both pokemon made their way over to the trainer, clearly this was the only 'guardian' in their life now. They liked her.

Terra grinned and put down two pokeball's in front of the pokemon. "well, we will have to start training tomorrow." she waited for the pokemon to enter the pokeballs.
